Shipping & Returns

In local areas, Toronto and within the GTA, we use a local courier that allows us to send your gift in an elegant gift bag at no extra charge. Delivery in these areas can be the same day. For all other areas, outside of the local and GTA we use UPS. Due to the variations of temperatures across the country, shipments may be delayed over the weekend in order to ensure superb quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery on Mondays.

For products totaling  $76.00 - $89.99, shipping will be $21.00.
For products totaling  $90.00 - $125.99, shipping will be $23.00.
For products totaling  $126.00 - $249.99, shipping will be $25.00.

Shipping within Canada ( Canada Post )
For products totaling  $0 - $29.98, shipping will be $12.98.
For products totaling  $30.00 - $59.99, shipping will be $14.98
For products totaling  $60.00 - $89.99, shipping will be $16.98.
For products totaling  $90.00 - $120.00, shipping will be $18.98.

Orders placed for 2 day deliveries must be placed before Wednesday at noon or it will be shipped the following Monday.

Same day shipments must be placed before 10:30am or it will be shipped the following day.

Canada Post could take up to 7 days, depending upon location.

We only ship same day courier in local areas and the GTA in the summer months of June/July/August. All other shipments going to other provinces and States resume in the Fall.
